I started messing around with Jazz piano after a friend showed me a jazz chord progression. I know 0 technical terms about what I’m doing.
2021
Started picking piano back up again. I haven’t had a piano in my living space since I moved out of my parents’ in 2018.
I’ve really enjoyed improvising. I don’t know what I’m doing, but have become friends with a few keys.
Still no proficiency with sheet music.

I took lessons from a piano teacher for a few years growing up. 3 years I think. I didn’t learn to read music, but developed a good feel for the keys.
